Exposed aggregate concrete uses river pebbles, coloured stones or aggregate in the concrete mix and this is exposed in the curing process by carefully washing the surface layer off expose the gravels without detaching them. The aggregate can be supplied in a variety of stone sizes. The result gives a wide range of textures and colours, colour oxides can also be added to the mix to further enhance the effect.
Mountain Burst is a strikingly variable coloured polished pebble mix set in concrete. A variety of pebble sizes are available, the size in the pic below is 16mm. The base concrete colour can be varied to suit your design ideas.
